About
Pigfish Café has been a destination for locals and travelers alike since 2019. We are a small space, with high standards for quality of food, which has earned us a write-up in The Seattle Times, approved by their food critic, Bethany Jean Clement, featuring Pigfish Café for some of the best burgers, fish tacos and fish & chips in the Greater Seattle Area.
We offer a variety of all-natural, hormone-free beef burgers, locally sourced from WA and OR and daily hand-packed in small batches here at our shop. We use Pacific Northwest wild rockfish for our fish menu. Every day, we use whole Washington-grown potatoes for our famous non-GMO hand-cut fries. We treasure and make use of the fresh, whole food available at our doorstep in the beautiful PNW. And, to top it all off, we make all of our sauces by hand, from scratch. This is how we contribute to a sustainable future, keeping in mind our children and future generations.
